The card powers on and works fine but ⚠️ one of the fans may not spin / fan behavior is uncertain. Because of this, the card is sold as not fully functional, to be completely transparent and avoid any misunderstandings. This is a great buy for the right person: Fan replacement is cheap and straightforward (standard GPU fan) Popular card with good performance once fixed Ideal for repair, modding, spare parts, or learning projects Much cheaper than a fully working unit 💡 Fan issues are common on older GPUs and usually the easiest fix — replace the fan and you’ve got a solid 3GB gaming card again.
